Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Shipping fees cover postage, packaging, and order processing. The costs are determined by the total weight of the package, and the exact amount will be displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Art prints are shipped directly by our printer, which will select the most optimal carrier and shipping location.
Payment: displayed prices on the website are in Euros including VAT (excluding shipping costs).
Shipping Times:
Pickup: free pickup is possible in Amsterdam. Please email stephsabolart@gmail.com to coordinate a time.
Import Costs: Import fees and taxes for orders outside the EU are not included in the total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged/Faulty Goods: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing stephsabolart@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.
Refunds: Refunds are accepted for most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Art prints that are custom-made upon order are not eligible for exchange or return, unless defective. Please email stephsabolart@gmail.com with your order number and return tracking information. The customer is responsible for arranging and the expense of return shipping. The refund amount is the value of the product excluding any original shipping costs.
